Cancellations
When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you.
In order to minimize disruptions to our schedule, we require 24 hours notice to change, cancel and/or reschedule Massage Therapy appointments. If you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled time by phone, email or through your online booking confirmation email.
We do ask that if anyone in the home is feeling unwell to please give as much notice to reschedule. We do not like to charge for a fee for a late cancellation if anyone is unwell, this being said we greatly appreciate this policy is not taken advantage of.
We do understand changes in life can occur last minute, and we do our best to accommodate. If 24 hours is not given, the client could be responsible to pay the amount of the scheduled appointment.
Please be courteous to your therapist and other clients by respecting our policies.
Same day appointments
Please be aware that when booking an appointment on the same day, it is considered set, and if changed, cancelled or rescheduled at any point after it is made, the client is responsible for paying for the full price of the appointment.
Group Bookings
For group bookings of 3 or more massage treatments we require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. A credit card will be required to secure all group bookings.
Late
We do our best to maintain a punctual, consistent schedule. There is potential for schedule conflicts however, we will always accommodate accordingly. If you arrive late, we will try to adjust without compromising the next appointment, otherwise your treatment time may be shortened with regular fees applied.
